I use basmati rice, I usually buy it at asian markets, they have good selection on rice! you need to be very patient when you cook pilaf, my first two times was completely disaster , I was 16 when I cooked my first pilaf but with years it’s getting better and better 🙂 San Diego sounds awesome!!
